need help testing and gitting

I have done ticket 1768, but would like someone else to check it out (it is in branch 'sydb-nuke_macro.schemaPattern') and build it locally to make sure nothing fails miserably. Then, if it doesn't fail, 1) the changes in that branch need to be folded into dev (either someone other than me, or someone should send me instructions -- I am not confident enough in my git skills) 2) the French and Japanese <remarks> for the <content> element need to be updated (probably won't happen for this release) 3) the release notes need to be updated: "Vestigal references to macro.schemaPattern in the schemas, exemplars, and English prose have been removed" or some such. Thanks to whomever can test this.

Hi all, I have started with the release notes: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/blob/dev/P5/ReleaseNotes/readme-3.4.0.xml TBC tomorrow. Please have a look at them and add missing bits. I went through the closed issues and added the milestone "Guidelines 3.4.0", but I may have missed some. What’s worth mentioning here (and should be announced to the public): * oxgarage and roma have moved to separate subdomains and the old subfolders redirect to the new locations [I just see the redirect for http://www.tei-c.org/ege-webclient/ is still missing …]. So, http://oxgarage.tei-c.org/ and http://roma.tei-c.org/ will be your new friends! * both are powered by Docker images from https://hub.docker.com/r/teic/oxgarage/ (master branch aka docker latest) and https://hub.docker.com/r/teic/roma/ (dev branch aka docker dev tag) * Since it’s docker, it’s easy to install elsewhere: roma2.tei-c.org and oxgarage2.tei-c.org now point at Paderborn (OxGarage already up, roma will be in the next days when I’m able to get let’s Encrypt certificates again …) * I’ve been tasked to do an OxGarage release anyway, so I did merge current oxgarage dev into master branch and drafted a GitHub release at https://github.com/TEIC/oxgarage/releases. broken build on unit—missing specDesc, can fix

Hi all— The new unit element has temporarily broken our build, but I just figured out why and will fix tonight when I am back at my desk. We are, I think, just missing a specDesc to include att.lexicographic. I’ll also revisit the ticket to make sure that including these attributes is what we planned.
