Updated TEI Guidelines prose for documenting processing model

Hi TEI Simple list and TEI Council list, I've updated the prose of tei-pm.odd to be my suggested guidelines prose draft (incorporating many suggested changes from LouB), and regenerated the html files associated with that. Table of five tickets for discussion tomorrow

We've come up with five tickets that look at the right scale to be covered (and understood) tomorrow in our public meeting. I've added it to the agenda here: <https://docs.google.com/document/d/18wzVAaGzNmM0ktj0AyfPy94uDxoxHYOJ8qi8pxx…> We've tried to pick things where there is a clear proposal for discussion, or a fairly obvious path to follow. Where these tickets also appear in other tables, I've added a note in the other table so we don't get to them twice. Hope this helps, and thanks to Peter for creating a new issue that's a perfect one to start with (fix a Glines prose bug, and commit the change, then see the results on Jenkins within an hour). Use of elements pVar and oVar

Hello, There is currently a ticket on github (and sourceforge) that proposes to drop oVar and pVar in order to give favor to the (extension of the) elements oRef and pRef, see https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues/545. The Technical Council feels that they don't have enough data on the usage of these (probably less common) forms pVar and oVar, so we cannot judge confidently whether to drop them, i.e. whether there might not be people who will be affected. Hi all, Cathy and I walked down Rue Domer today, past the address of Mama Shelter (#13), but didn't see any building labelled #13 or Mama Shelter. Across the road was something small called Villa Mama, but it looked too small to be a hotel.
