A repeat of the conversation so far is appended, below, for those who
are not on the Council list.
For me, one week later (Tue 10-25 either 17:00Z or, as RV suggests,
13:00Z) is actually somewhat better. One hour earlier (Tue 10-18
16:00Z) is quite a bit worse. But either way, to be honest Elisa, my
inclination is to not open the can of worms of re-scheduling this. It
took quite a bit of work to schedule these things, and we all knew
full well at the outset that not everyone would make every meeting.
