I'm going through the list of unassigned tickets and assigning them, more
or less at random, but picking first on people who don't have that many
tickets.
Remember, being assigned a ticket doesn't necessarily mean you have to go
do it. It means you're responsible for moving things along: maybe prodding
the rest of us to look at it and discuss, maybe doing some background
research, maybe enumerating the steps we'll need to take to implement it
(which might all be done by different folks), or maybe deciding that it's
not a good idea and noting that in the comments.
