We need (at least) 2 more labels for the TEI repo:
* a label for discussing labels or other github topics (maybe “meta” or “label”)
* a label for queries like the newest issue<https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues/2170>.
Yes, queries are (in some sense) supposed to be on TEI-L or in the GitHub discussion group thingies<https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/discussions>, but if users put them in as an issue, we should be able to tag it as such. (Or perhaps we should move it to a discussion place and close it?)

This is the agenda for our next Council meeting on Thursday, August 12 at 10:30am-12:00pm PDT, 1:30pm-3:00pm EDT, 6:30pm-8:00pm BST, 7:30pm-9:00pm CEST:

In this meeting we will focus on the upcoming release (next week). Please add issues and open pull requests that need to be discussed and/or approved.
According to our schedule, the refrigeration period starts tomorrow. This means that we should not commit major changes to the schema (except work that has been done in a branch, tested and approved); minor changes (wording, typos, examples) are ok. However, as we have a meeting on Thursday where we will certainly discuss some of the open issues, I suggest that we start the refrigeration period after the meeting.
