Hi Raff and all, I think you meant to add the Council for this as a recipient too… Actually, Hugh’s voting is missing. At the moment our best option is May 6-8. Hugh, would that be possible for you too? We have 4 great offers for locations, that makes it really difficult to decide. But keep in mind that every potential host offered to organize the Council meeting also in the following years. We have heard a number of arguments that speak for one or the other location: TEI/DH people we might meet there; meeting in conjunction with a workshop; easy to organize; not too expensive; easy to reach; the Autumn meeting is in Europe etc. I set up another doodle where everyone can vote for their preferred location: https://doodle.com/poll/fk6e3yi58zx2c6tt. Please do that until Tuesday, so that we have our final decision on Wednesday. If you think a blind voting is better, I can change the settings accordingly. Should we have another doodle or something for voting on location? I told people at the Folger that I would let them know by the end of the month. No pressure if that doesn't happen, but either way it may be worth figuring out how we're going to decide sooner rather than later.
