I'll be in a meeting for the first part of it so will try to join you later if someone reminds me of the hangout url. Joel''s warning about starting from scratch is good. Another approach is slowly and systematically updating portions of the code in place. Eg in our case moving some of the recursively called templates into functions or similar. AFAIK we are good to go for our next session tomorrow, Tue 12-20 at 17:00Z. That's 09:00 in Vancouver, 12:00 in New York, 17:00 in London, and 18:00 in Vienna. Anyone volunteer to establish the Google Hangout and send out the URL? (I have trouble with Google on this machine, so would prefer not to do that myself.)
