Janelle et al, At the last Council meeting on Friday, we discussed this as likely the domain of the Infrastructure Group and the Documentation group together. Infrastructure Group includes people not on Council and we'll likely be discussing the overhaul of the TEI website architecture in that group, while the Documentation group is concentrating on specifically Council documentation (Minutes and TCWs, etc). We do have a number of us on Council interested now in joining the Infrastructure group. I have to post the April Minutes--soon, I promise--but that's something in the minutes this month!
