Janelle et al,
At the last Council meeting on Friday, we discussed this as likely the domain of the Infrastructure Group and the Documentation group together. Infrastructure Group includes people not on Council and we'll likely be discussing the overhaul of the TEI website architecture in that group, while the Documentation group is concentrating on specifically Council documentation (Minutes and TCWs, etc). We do have a number of us on Council interested now in joining the Infrastructure group. I have to post the April Minutes--soon, I promise--but that's something in the minutes this month!

Cheers,
Elisa

There is a TC working group (Hugh Cayless, Martina Scholger, and Janelle Jenstad) currently addressing where and how we store minutes and documentation. We aim to standardize and document practices. We’ll read your blog post and take your thoughts into account.

I understand that there is some interest amongst some council members in defining a more appropriate format for the TC's minutes than the WordPress files currently used. Readers of my personal blog at https://foxglove.hypotheses.org (if there are any) will know that  I have been banging on about this very topic for the last few weeks; others are cordially invited to give said blog a quick glance, just in case it's of interest to you too. And if anyone cares to put their head above the parapet and confess to sharing my concerns, or has already thought through and solved the whole problem, then I would like to meet you!
