[TEI east-asian-japanese] Extend the schedule of the election of the steering committee of the SIG

Dear Colleagues, As Dr. Okada mentioned, this mail list couldn't be archived. As the administrator fixed the issue, I would like to extend the the procedure like below: And then, it seems not to be disseminated enough, please circulate this matter among your colleagues who might be interested in this matter. --------------------- The works of the SIG to form a guideline for text encoding of Japanese texts has been gradually proceeded, however, the SIG doesn't have a kind of bylaws to evaluate the guideline. Then, it is necessary to elect the members of the steering committee of the SIG in order to form and to evaluate a kind of bylaws to do it in the meantime. As we also don't have bylaws for the election so far, I would like to process it as follows: 1. Call for nominations of the members: by 15 May *Nominees should be a member of TEI-C. Please submit your nominations on the following form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdHP-I5D5PRcRPWG3ukietkrLfkqQ8Z6rs… Self-nominations are welcome. 2.
