Dear Council friends, we are scheduled to meet in almost exactly one week. As your (not-so-)local organizer, I hope everyone has some sort of accommodation and flights are booked by now? You might have seen from Martina’s announcement, that we are meeting at Neues Seminargebäude, Raum S23, on Monday. This is just across the Universitätsstraße from the Thomas-Institut where we are at the weekend. I will be arriving just in time on Saturday morning and propose not to begin before 9AM (Honestly, 10AM would suit me better, but all those jet lagged people are probably out of bed much earlier?) For lunch and the evenings we’ll need to get out—but there are plenty of restaurants in the University area. I have no information so far regarding the supply with caffeine in the Thomas-Institut … In the worst case we’ll have to have regular breaks and grab some coffee from a nearby bar. Anything I missed? Any other questions regarding the organizational matters? Best Peter

Dear all, we didn't fix a time for starting on Saturday yet. Are we all fine with starting at 10 am? How about meeting for dinner on Friday at 7pm on Rudolfplatz? I will be jet-lagged, and have no idea what time Sat morning I will be functional, so 10:00 sounds fine. As for Fri night 19:00 at Rudolfplatz, I will be jet-lagged, and that's a 1/2 hour walk from my AirB&B. So I may or may not join y'all.

I am really happy with meeting and eating on Rudolfplatz bc it is pretty close to me at the Ibis, so we’ll see you then. Thanks for the 10am start on Saturday—I’ll definitely be fresher for it!
