Hi TEI Council, Elena González-Blanco García (CC'd) drew to my attention a beta release of a system they have built at UNED for the creation and publication of TEI documents. It uses a web-based visual editor they've created TEI Scribe (think lots of nested boxes rather than WYSIWYG) allows you to upload documents and DTDs (ick) to validate them against, and then seamlessly uses the eXist-db Instant Publishing Toolbox (that Wolfgang and Magdalena have worked on) as its publication system. I'm sure this will build more on the processing model aspects eventually.
