Martin & I think this fits in well with respect to our discussion last Tue, as the hard part of this is most likely finding the (various) place(s) where the @xml:id needs to be converted to @id. (The conversion itself is, almost assuredly, quite easy.) 2) 323 (https://github.com/TEIC/Stylesheets/issues/323): Georg has already provided a possible fix, so this may be as easy as putting his suggestion in place.
