On Wed 03-16 I asked if we were still releasing products on SourceForge (so Elisa and I would know what parts of TCW22 to execute), and got a deafining silence in response. But I think the answer is buried in TCW 22 itself: it seems that in step 16 the build of the new oXygen framework requires that we have already released to SourceForge by that point. So unless we're told otherwise, we're going to try to release on SF, too.
