The latest release of roma (Mar 13, 0.3.1) is what you get if you try romabeta.tei-c.orghttp://romabeta.tei-c.org today. This still doesn't have any i18n features and is thus useless to the non-anglophone. The prototype at https://romajsdev.netlify.app/ claims to be using roma 1.0.0 but that hasn't been released yet. When may we expect a change? It's doing my head in to have two beta versions to choose from...
