If everybody is OK with all these options side by side, then I'll shut up. It did confuse me a lot before the change to Minimal. I can imagine a lot of questions from people asking "if I want a basic TEI file to get me started, which of these many options should I choose?" and so on. I believe that having TEI Simple alongside TEI Minimal (not to mention TEI Lite and TEI Tite as well) is going to be mighty confusing. I suggest that before we integrate Simple into this ecosystem we might want to reconsider whether we want these Minimal schemas or not.
