New subject: [tei-council] Stylesheets group meeting, Tue 30 Jan 18

      Hey folks. We're scheduled for tomorrow, Tue 30 Jan at 14:00Z.[1]
I've asked James to talk us through issues #266 and #267, but he has
not answered. If he is not present, or does not want to discuss those
tickets, the backup plans are:

 * #253, of which Martin says "We should look at Syd's final comment,
   and try to implement his suggestion for the project name parameter
   the user had trouble with, which is 'institution', and defaults to
   '(unknown project)'."

 * #115, which has Martin written all over it :-)

 * #263, about which we really just need to figure out if there's
   anything that needs to be done.

 * Discuss the default value of the selectedSchema parameter, which
   is at the bottom 'cause it's more about the outside than the
   inside of the Stylesheets
