Ack! My humble apologies everyone, but I completely lied, I am not at all available on Mon 03-21 or Tue 03-22 (I will be taking my son to visit Columbia and NYU). We can either shift the date or someone else should step in as the release technician.

Sorry, right. Tue 03-22 is not workable, I will be traveling. Tue 03-29 is fine, but I was concerned Council would not want to delay another week. On the other hand, if the week of Tue 03-22 is tough for you, too, perhaps delaying is more reasonable.

Looks to me like we have 4 (SB,EB,HC,JC) in favor of release on Tue 03-29. So unless there's an outright objection in the next day or two, we'll set * Tue 03-15 as freeze date (merge stuff from your branches into dev if it should be in release) * Wed 03-16 as branch date (create release branch as a copy of dev in both TEI and Stylesheets repositories) * -- during this period IF a serious problem is found, fix will have to be made to both dev and release branches -- * Tue 03-29 release day, all hands on deck Sound good?
