Stylesheets (and other) meeting time

We agreed Stylesheets meetings should be 1st Tue of the month at 13:00Z. Two problems, the first with just Jan, the second more general. * I will be traveling on Tue 07 Jan; it is perhaps 50/50 I will be able to make the call, and if I do, I am likely to be a jet-lagged blithering idiot. (I am taking a red-eye from Boston to Leeds, UK overnight Mon 06 to Tue 07.) * The time is a bit of a problem for Martin. During daylight's saving time (Mar-Oct) it is 06:00, which is fine. But during standard time (Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec) 13:00Z is 05:00 PST. Thus we would not have Martin for the 1st hour of the Jan, Feb, Nov, or Dec meetings. Thoughts?

Hi Syd, Ad 1: maybe we can move January meeting to the third Tuesday? Ad 2: World clock tells me that 9:00 EST is 6:00 PST (for Jan, Feb, Nov, and Dec) ... If I understand this correctly and the world clock converter that I opened in my web browser is accurate, I think the distinction Syd is asking about it a difference between: 13:00Z = 8:00 EST and 5:00 PST vs 14:00Z = 9:00 EST and 6:00 PST I favor the 14:00Z option here. And the third Tuesday of January is fine with me, I think. Cheers, Elisa On Tue, Dec 17, 2019 at 10:42 AM Bauman, Syd <s.bauman@northeastern.edu> wrote:

Yes, it is. But our meetings are at 13:00Z, not 09:00 EST. Should we change them to 09:00 EST? _______________________________________________ Tei-council mailing list Tei-council@lists.tei-c.org http://lists.lists.tei-c.org/mailman/listinfo/tei-council
