In P5/Source/Guidelines/en/ND-NamesDates.xml in the 1st paragraph of section NDORG the (organization) names “Harvard College”, “the BBC”, “Apple”, “Google”, “the Scythians”, and “the Militant Tendency” appear. They are encoded as <soCalled>. I am not sure what they should be encoded as (<mentioned> jumps to mind), but, except perhaps for the last, they are *not* so-called. Any thoughts?
