I thought the previous wording of the <remarks> on <anyElement> were a bit skewed, so I've altered the first sentence a bit. I also corrected the spelling of RELAX NG and reduced "and/or" to "or" while I was there. Done on branch 'dev', #5630d8e. No ticket.
