I'd be happy to sit in if it's not intrusive. Won't it push you over the 10-user limit for Hangouts, though? If it's simpler I can just send you some thoughts on what's missing from scripts and so on. I think the process could be spread out over a week and be less exhausting; I'm not sure why it's necessary to have the date of the build match the date of the release-to-the-public -- do you?
