Hi Raff,
I stupidly kept adding comments to Martina's version accidentally.
"The Text Encoding Initiative and ODD Customization"
point 4 - 'can be used to define' ... maybe ... 'are used to define' ?
point 5 - ' One Document Does-it-all' or ODD: Why? Explain? Mention it is because documentation, schemas (and now processing pipelines?) are generated from this single customization file in a literate programming methodology?
"Roma -> Roma JS"
point 1 - use new Roma URL? http://roma.tei-c.org/?
"RomaJS: Current Features"
- All the screenshots here seem quite small .... maybe steal space from elsewhere to enable making these more legible? (But I've not seen it full-size printed out I guess.)
Overall:
- Good, clear, not information overload.
- I might make the section titles a bit heavier/bolder
- Make demo and code URLs stand out a bit more?
Looks excellent!
James

Hi Raf: this looks great, some few, teeny, tiny, final comments Top left section, 3rd bullet detail: TEI’s source is defined using a subset of the TEI itself, as detailed in Chapter 22 of the Guidelines: “Documentation Elements”. I'd put the period inside the quote Top Right section, 1st bullet write ODD -->write an ODD by hand This is clear and explains the work you have done so far very well. best, --elli [Elli Mylonas Director, Center for Digital Scholarship University Library Brown University library.brown.edu/cds] On Tue, Aug 28, 2018 at 12:48 PM, James Cummings < James.Cummings@newcastle.ac.uk> wrote:

cool, thank you for the beautiful poster!
I send you a PDF with embedded comments. If you send me the Indesign file (I have version CS5), I could take care of some changes.
Best wishes,
Martina

Here is a first draft of the poster on RomaJS. I need to get it printed next Friday the 31st, so comments are encouraged from now until then. We could also talk about it briefly at the conference call on Thursday if there's room on the agenda.

A couple of notes:
- the QR codes go nowhere. The latest version is not online yet as I will continue working on it this week. However, I will try and put a working version online tomorrow to give you to opportunity to test it before Japan.
- the screenshots will be re-done before Friday as I will be cleaning up a few things on the interface.
- in order to more easily bring the poster with me, I'll actually print it on two landscape A1 sheets, so I cannot place content in the middle (currently the cut is right above the light blue belt with the icons).
One last thing to consider: would it be OK to move the repository to TEIC?
I look forward to your comments and suggestions! I can also provide indesign files on request.
All best,
Raff
