With 8 people (7 from Council) voting, there are only 2 places left that need discussion on the question of whether <altIdent> should be an allowable child. 1. <language>, which is not in the tagdocs module and does not currently have an <altIdent> child. It does have its own @ident. 2. <paramSpec>, which is in the tagsdocs module and does currently have an <altIdent> child. It gets @ident via the att.identifiable class.
