Hello All, I have three scheduling items for your consideration: January telecon: http://doodle.com/poll/h9c4wu85pqqvbcbe If we can, I’d like to schedule a regular monthly day / time for our meetings, say the third or fourth week of every month. To that end, please give me an idea of what days/times are *in general* possible or impossible for you this upcoming semester and beyond: http://doodle.com/poll/d3nyte4wuiiqt9r4 Spring F2F: http://doodle.com/poll/cd9n3d47e5ezfkit I’ve put together a set of options between mid-April and mid-May. How do people feel about working weekends? I’d prefer weekdays as a general rule, but I can compromise if need be. The current poll includes some Saturday dates, but not Sundays. We can change that of course if you need different dates. We can move earlier or later if need be. Scheduling these is usually a pain, and usually requires a couple of iterations. I hope you’ve all been enjoying whatever holidays you celebrate (or just some well-earned time off work) and I wish you a happy new year! Hugh
I seem to have been confusing as to time period for these meetings. By 09:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 I mean 09:00 US Eastern time zone / 14:00 UK time / 15:00 Western European time. We could extend outside those, but I’m assuming earlier is potentially hard for those of us in the US and later is hard for Europeans.

Thanks, Hugh! (Sorry for the confusion...I now know how to respond.) --E

And further, I’m assuming starting at a given time and continuing for an hour, so 09:00–10:00, 10:00–11:00, etc. We basically have 2 hours of overlap during a typical work day.

I'll have you know that I'm revising my proposed teaching schedule for next
fall based on this, so I'm always free some days of the week in the
mornings! :-)

I have no problems with meeting on a Sunday and it might make scheduling easier. BTW, do we have a host for the spring meeting? Best Peter

Saturdays or Sundays would be great for me, too! --Elisa

I echo Peter's remarks. A weekend meeting is fine by me, but where oh where will it be? On 29/12/15 19:45, Peter Stadler wrote:

No problem with weekends - other than April 30-May 1 (Easter). --elli
