additions/improvements to tcw22
Hi all - I have notes that include improvements to tcw22 from the latest release experience. (The Raven...) Should I go ahead and edit? what is the protocol? --elli
Unless you are completely re-writing whole sections, I say go right ahead and edit and check directly into branch 'master'. (After all, a) at the moment, you're the expert, and b) it's a version control system -- if we really hate what you do, we can back it out.)

dHI all - I've made a bunch of changes to TCW22 - I've also added some notes to our ReleaseMinutes document indicating what I think I dealt with and leaving some for Hugh or someone else. I have one question. In the preliminary section and in step 11 we refer to 3 TEI jobs. But I remember seeing 4 (Stylesheets-release, TEIP5-release, Documentation-release and TEIP5-Test-release) so either we are ignoring one of these, or there are 4 jobs. So, please check the TCW, and please feel free to revert or improve. for Hugh - I've left some of the release minutes for you to decide what to do with.
