We’ve had 7 participants in the Doodle poll for the next telecon, and the best date/time seems to be next Friday 6/19, at 09:00 EDT / 06:00 PDT / 14:00 BST / 15:00 CEST. I think this will be a relatively short meeting, mostly just followup on items from the F2F. Let’s do Google Hangouts again, but I will try to loop in the conference call as well, so that people can call into that if the internet isn’t playing nice. Hugh

Ok for me as well, even if I have not compiled the poll. f -- Fabio Ciotti Dipartimento Studi Umanistici, Università di Roma Tor Vergata Presidente Associazione Informatica Umanistica Cultura Digitale

Perhaps not coincidentally, we had some additional participation in the poll after my email :-). Monday, June 29th at 10:00 EDT / 07:00 PDT / 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST looks a little better in terms of potential participants, and has the advantage of actually being at the end of the month. Any objections if we switch to that date/time? Hugh /** * Hugh A. Hi, June 29 here in Rome is a local holiday and I am not quite sure to be able to join you (it depends on if and where I will go out), anyway I will do all I can! f 2015-06-15 16:42 GMT+02:00 Raffaele Viglianti <raffaeleviglianti@gmail.com>:

Hi there, I'll be in Australia, as will James, and I don't have any idea whether I'd actually be able to connect at all. But if you get larger numbers that way, go for it. Cheers, Martin On 15-06-15 07:28 AM, Hugh Cayless wrote:

Yes, let's make it the 29th. That will be midnight the next day for Martin and James, but if they're suffering jetlag-related insomnia, they can join in too. On Tue, Jun 16, 2015 at 3:40 AM, Peter Stadler <stadler@edirom.de> wrote:

So noted. And I shall be able to participate! (But will it be any fun without James and Martin?) L On 16/06/15 16:55, Hugh Cayless wrote:

So just double-checking: * we are NOT having a telcon tomorrow, Fri 06-26; * we ARE having a telcon this Mon 06-29 at 14:00 UTC. Is that correct? (And what is our communication medium, and how does one connect?)

1400 UTC is midnight in Sydney, if I'm calculating correctly. How many of us will be in Sydney? Just me, James and Hugh? Cheers, Martin On 2015-06-25 09:05 PM, Syd Bauman wrote:

I am here but tonight I had a skype call form 1 am to 6 am to take part to the eadh exec meeting in Sidney, and now I am feeling the down... (also because here in Roma today is holiday and 35 celsius...everybody has gone to the sea... so there is a calm atmosphere inviting to lie in he bed... ).
