I've not booked anything yet because I was still waiting for reimbursement for Vienna. Have others got theirs? I prodded JohnU about it awhile ago, is it now someone else I'm supposed to prod? (Or check with if I've made some mistake on the form?)

I just booked my flights using the Vienna flight that I had put on hold, so the cost was low. I have to travel back on the 8th, though, because there were no good options for flying back via Vienna on the 9th. So no open day for me...

I would prod again. I expect he's just maxed out. I got mine a while ago, but also had to prod him. Sent from my phone.

But he may also scope out some fun places we might visit or dine while we're working, so that could be helpful. We've not started looking for accommodations yet...has anyone else?
