Okay--sorry about this. Daylight Savings Time means that my 2pm class from
January through March falls squarely at 1900 Zulu, so I would not be
available for those months at 1900--I was right the first time not to make
it available. Sorry, everyone.

Hi Martina and all-- I'm sorry about the time problems! For the next few months, until December, they do not affect me while I am on sabbatical, so until December, I'm free pretty much any time to meet so long as I'm not at a conference (as I will be at the end of this month).
I marked availability knowing my teaching schedule for spring. I'm in bad shape for meeting on M W F before 1900 Zulu because I'm teaching through those hours. That said, it looks like I'm getting out of class at 18:50 on M W F, so I'd be free at 1900 for the monthly meeting just then. Does that help? I'll go and amend my general availability on the first poll.

looking at the doodle I am somewhat at a loss. There is no single date and time where everyone on the Council is available.
The “best” we could do is Friday at 20:00Z, but Magdalena would not be able to join and three people would rather not.
The next best would be Friday at 19:00Z, but with two people missing.
I don’t think that we should schedule a regular date where we already know that at least one person will not be able to make it.
I would ask everyone to have one more look at the doodle and consider if you can possibly make more choices. Keep in mind that we are meeting just once a month. https://doodle.com/poll/kk9hsr6z9csxhkub
If we can’t find a common date that way, would it make a difference if the call would be just 60 instead of 90 minutes?
Are there other suggestions to solve our dilemma?
Best wishes,
Martina
