Yes. I have reserved the room with the uncomfortable chairs (same room as last time) for 28, 29 and 30 May. I have asked the library admin people to reserve a block of ten hotel rooms at the Bell Tower Hotel (same as last time), and they confirm that they have done so. The rooms are reserved at present for the nights of 27, 28, 29 and 30 May. As soon as people start booking their travel, we'll whittle those down to eliminate rooms not actually needed (e.g. for those leaving immediately on Saturday rather than staying over to Sunday). At the moment, the rooms are held temporarily with the PCard (institutional credit card) of the University Library, while we work out how best to arrange the financial logistics. I don't remember the exact charge, but no lodging in downtown AA is cheap (not by my standards anyway, which tends to run to seedy chain motels), and the Bell Tower is the most convenient to the Library and to transit. pfs On Thu, Mar 12, 2015, at 10:10, Hugh Cayless wrote:

: Unless I'm gravely mistaken, dates are set in stone as May 28-30 in Ann Arbor. Precise venue and accommodations are what Paul is working on.

: I have a vague memory we're waiting for Paul to confirm, but I'd like to book travel if possible.
