Since we are already in the middle of the freeze period, are there still any (big) issues to resolve? Elisa put a lot of work into measurement and I think it is ready to go. Please have a look at the milestone and remove issues that do not go into the release: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/milestones/Guidelines%203.6.0. There is already a milestone 3.7.0.
