least three of us are coming in from Graz Saturday evening and may
appreciate a bit more time in the morning.

Dear all,
today I am going to fetch the key from the Austrian Academy of Sciences. I have spotted the right location in the Agenda, so let's meet there on Sunday. I think I will buy some bread, spreads, fruit and stuff to eat so that we have some small lunch there together. If we find this too difficult, we can go to one of the places around there and reserve a table in the morning. Regarding dietary requirements, please get in touch with me directly if there is anything you can't or don't want to eat. I try to get some variety of things from the market.
