It just occurred to me that we could as well have our face to face meeting in combination with the DHd conference in Cologne (Feb. 26 to March 2). Should we have a poll? Are there other ideas? Best Peter

I'm not so sure about the preconference workshops you say. Last year, some workshops and user meetups were on day 1: called "unconference day", followed by two "conference" days. See: http://www.xmlprague.cz/day1-2017/
