Am I correct that we get reimbursement for * travel to & from Victoria, * lodging for the nights of Wed 11-15 through Sat 11-18, and * meals & incidentals for the day we travelled to Victoria, Thu 11-16 through Sat 11-18, and the day we travelled from Victoria. but not for conference registration, or meals or lodging for the other days of our trips? Notes ----- [1] I would have said from Wed night 11-15, but TEI-C already paid for our wonderful dinner w/ the Board at the Canoe Club or whatever that place was.
The Meals and Incidentals rate for Victoria is $123 (from https://aoprals.state.gov/web920/per_diem_action.asp?MenuHide=1&CountryCode=1079), of which we can (now) claim 75%, so $92.25. That breaks down like so:
#Meals Breakfast: $18.45 Lunch: $25.83 Dinner: $29.52
#Incidentals Morning: $4.62 Afternoon: $6.45 Evening: $7.38
