[Tei-council] Release Branch 7.49.0 for Stylesheets Created: Carry on with dev branch again

Dear Council: I have also now created a release branch for the Stylesheets. Martin and Peter and Raff, we're ready for the Jenkins servers to be testing both release branches. Guidelines release branch: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/tree/release-3.7.0 Stylesheets release branch: https://github.com/TEIC/Stylesheets/tree/release-7.49.0 And we'll be getting started with the release tomorrow at 9:00am EST, or 2:00pm Zulu time.
