I am running oxygen 17.1 with version 3.1.6 of the Framework which says it is "DEVELOPMENT BUILD of the Oxygen TEI plugin based on the current trunk versions of TEI P5 and the TEI Stylesheets.Jenkins build number: 2016-12-20-100744. I think we're now in a situation where the original bug reported here:

is fixed. I'd like to confirm that by asking all Council members (so please copy this to Council) who have the bleeding-edge plugin installed to do this:

1. Update the plugin (Help / Manage Add-ons, confirm that you have "TEI P5 (development build)" installed, and update it.

2. Get this ODD file:

and open it in Oxygen.

3. Run the following transformations:

ODD to RelaxNG XML ODD to XML Schema ODD to RelaxNG Compact

If no-one reports problems, then issue 14 is solved. At that point, we can re-release the plugin (which means step 17 on http://teic.github.io/TCW/tcw22.html).

There are new issues that I believe have been there for a while, though; I don't know why our current tests haven't found them, but I'll raise tickets for them in due course once I figure out if they're specific to Oxygen or generic Stylesheets issues.
