[Tei-council] anywhere else to look?

Re: TEI ticket #2217https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues/2217 I have scanned the entire TEI/, Stylesheets/, Documentation/, and oxygen-tei/ repos (not to mention lots of old directories I have lying around) for occurrences of “Guidelines-pdf” and “pdf-complete” and have not found any (except those in the Makefile to be changed). Oher than checking with the TEIGarage folks, is there anywhere else (particularly in documentation) that I should be looking?
