[tei-council] Heads-up on a fix to P5 source files

Hi all, I noticed that our move to git has also resulted in a change to URLs in archived artifacts from builds on the Jenkins servers, so the old p5.nvdl file: http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/rele... is now here: http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/P5/r... I'm going to make that change across the repo in a minute, so every file will change. Cheers, Martin
