[tei-council] Heads-up on a fix to P5 source files

Hi all, I noticed that our move to git has also resulted in a change to URLs in archived artifacts from builds on the Jenkins servers, so the old p5.nvdl file: <http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/odd/p5.nvdl> is now here: <http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/P5/release/xml/tei/odd/p5.nvdl> I'm going to make that change across the repo in a minute, so every file will change.
