Thanks Elisa! If you can make it at 9:00 on the 25th this time, I think we should just go with that. I’d like to try to find a time that’s more congenial to everyone and schedule a bunch of our future meetings during the call if we can. Again, it’s fine if not everyone can make it to every meeting, I just didn’t want to start out by missing any of our new members. I’ll send out an agenda next week. We’ll do the hybrid Google Hangout / phone conference and I’ll send out information on both beforehand. You may have noticed that the Stylesheets and TEI builds are all back to normal at last, with the Pure ODD branches merged in. So we can proceed to look at next steps, including getting Simple and the Processing Model (sounds like a band name) on board. There’s still work to be done on Pure ODD, but it can happen on the dev branches now. In particular we probably want to look at updating tests and so on to make sure the new stuff is getting a proper workout and to switch over from RNG content models. So the next telecon is on Monday, Jan. 25th at 09:00 EST / 14:00 GMT / 15:00 CET. See you then!

I changed that to tentatively Yes, though it's awkward for me because I'm heading it to teach my DH class at 10:30 AM. I could go in early to campus to do the telco from my office, which would mean I wouldn't have to bolt from my house before 10am to get to school on time.
M W F mornings aren't great for me this semester because they're my heavy teaching days, but I can do the "if need be" option for this one! On the whole I'd be happiest to meet on a weekend.
Thanks, and hope this helps! Elisa

Hi all,
In case it helps I'm flexible outside usual work hours so wouldn't have any problem with doing telco meetings in evenings or on weekends, but suspect there are others that this would not work for.

I don't see more slots in the poll for this months telcon[1], but for the most part (barring an early morning run) could make 08:00 ET or afternoon ET work. (Mon, Tue, Fri much better than Wed, Thu.)
I've filled in the added slots on the face-to-face poll.[2]
In case folks are having trouble finding it, the monthly telcon poll is at [3].
