[tei-council] Tomorrow's Meeting

Due to a death in the family, it's possible I won't be available. Funeral arrangements are TBA. If I can't make it, I'd urge y'all to meet anyway so we can at least do some agenda-setting. Unfortunately, Alex will be unable to make it to the F2F and will try to join us remotely—probably only in the mornings because of the time difference, so we should try to schedule things to maximize his ability to participate usefully.
