For the new folks especially, ticket ownership in this case means "please add a summarizing comment, or ask the requester for more info if it's incomplete or doesn't make sense." We'll talk about these in groups during the meeting, so it's useful if those groups can jump to the last comment and see what the issue is, or if there's nothing immediate to be done.
