Good point, Raff; yes, I think you are completely correct, the rates should be based only on an M&I of $132 -> $99. Thanks for the correction!
Thanks for crunching the numbers, but why are you including lodging in the per-diem if the hotels are reimbursed separately? Shouldn't the percentages be based only on the meals & incidental expenses rate ($99)?
In that case it would be:
incidentals, morning = 4.95 incidentals, afternoon = 6.93 incidentals, evening = 7.92
meals, morning = 19.80 meals, afternoon = 27.72 meals, evening = 31.68
