Do you wish to come up with a sample apache virtual host fie for jenkins.tei-c.org in the meantime? Just did so and pushed it to my peterstadler-newJenkins branch. I already activated it on my Paderborn server, so if you want to add 131.234.142.247 jenkins.tei-c.org to your /etc/hosts file you can take a look :)
