Does anyone think this is a *bad* idea? The only argument I can see against it is that we're having quite a disrupted Council meeting.

Sun: Meet as per normal Mon: Meet but then also nip off to TEI Simple workshop Wed: Open meeting.

Maybe if we make a point of reviewing and commenting all the tickets in advance we can speed up things -- but need to make sure we have time on Sunday for discussion of any other larger issues as well.
