[Tei-council] CI for standOff

Dear CI server maintainers -- Would it be possible to add the the "sydb-standOff" branch to one or more of the contiuous integration server lists of branches-to- build? I can build it locally, but am soon to send out mail asking that people look at the changes and play with the result. Having a CI copy would make that easier on folks. If not I can certainly put the build I generate up on the web somewhere.
