Has anyone done the legwork on the hotel pricing? it seems one has to check each one. Also, is the plan to meet starting Sunday morning? That means the Americans are doing Saturday arrival, Saturday departure? just to confirm I could book an airbnb for 3 and we can figure out who'll be in it. They don't seem to have separate bedrooms for 4 - also good to check if the 3rd bedroom is actually the living room. Then someone else would book another one - that's 6 of us.
