Dear all, I want to confirm that our meeting in Tokyo can take place on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th. What we still have to clarify is the internet connection, since the conference venue only provides Eduroam. I think that not all Council members do have Eduroam, is that correct? In this case Kyionori will organize a room at another place. Please let me know soon in case you don't have Eduroam access. Best wishes, Martina
