That sounds pretty good. No strong feelings on the time. The earlier start
time leaves us time to wrap up, the later one gives us time to do some work
in the morning. and perhaps wrap up.
We can perhaps explain that we invite people to one of Council's working
sessions? And that we will explain some of the infrastructure council uses
to get work done? (will we do that?)

Hi!
I'd like to announce the "Meet the Council"-Session on TEI-L and want to make sure how this session should look like. Peter organized a room at the conference venue and the organizers have offered to announce the session in the official preconference program.
The session will take place on Monday, 26th. Peter and I thought of a two hours session. I think our starting time depends on when Raff and James have to go to the airport and if we want to go for a final lunch together after the session. How about 10:00 to 12:00 or 11:00 to 13:00? It shouldn't start earlier since attendees won't be available earlier.
If people are interested to join our session, I thought they should report back until Feb, 23. In case someone wants to discuss a particular issue ( https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues) it would also be good to let us know in advance.
Other thoughts? Something else that I should mention?
Best wishes, Martina
