My preferences in order: BEST: Don't do any workshops (#4), and meet during the time of the workshops. SECOND: Meeting concurrently with the workshops, and have some council members drop out for some of the time to deal with their workshops (#3) THIRD: Meeting on Sunday (25th) and Monday (26th) (#1) FOURTH: Meeting the weekend before the conference (24th–25th) (#2) The final option (#5) would probably mean that I can't come to the FtF, because I've organized a vacation around the Member's Meeting on the basis that it also has the FtF attached to it, and taking more time away during the fall would not likely be possible. Emmanuelle Morlock asks if we can nail down dates for the Fall F2F ASAP so that she can reserve rooms. Workshop dates may fall on Oct. 26, 27, or the morning of the 28th. There will probably be an EpiDoc one that I may need to help run.

Options I see are:
