It’s actually two OxGarage docker containers (created from https://hub.docker.com/r/teic/oxgarage/) running behind a load balancer on a Rancher platform (http://rancher.com), served via HTTPS.

The URL is not supposed to be stable forever, at present it’s for testing only – when everything works out fine I hope we can turn it into something like oxgarage-paderborn.tei-c.org …
